Multi-functional crop thresher used for threshing maize, soyabean, wheat and other traditional small grain crops. Equipped with a blower to facilitate the bagging of clean grain, separated from the unwanted foreign material.
Includes interchangeable sieves of different sizes to facilitate threshing of a wide variety of grain crops, with minimum breakage.

This sheller is a professional maize threshing. It has a high peeling rate and good impurity removal. The maize that is threshed by this machine is clean, free of impurities and low damage rate. It has hooks 50 cm above the ground for easy bagging or packing into sacks. The shelling unit consists of deformed bars which make it unbreakable if foreign objects are for example stone or other metal that does not easily break.
NB: Does not do maize on husk.

For threshing various crops such as maize, soybeans, peas, sorghum, millet. The majority of the straw is broken into fine pieces of
2 - 3 cm lengths and can be an ingredient used for animal feed.
The machine requires at least 5.96 KW, and can be driven by either a diesel engine or electric motor.
Each thresher comes along with 3 screens for different crops. It includes a highly-efficient vibrating screen and air blower, which cleans the final product effectively.

The peanut sheller performs three functions i.e., feeding the groundnut into the sheller, shelling the groundnuts and cleaning the groundnut from the mixture. Thus, it is made up of a feeding unit, shelling unit and a cleaning unit. The shelling unit provided to shell the groundnut is composed of two main parts i.e., the crushing plate and the grate. The pods are broken by impact and rubbing action between rotor and concave grate. The cleaning unit has got a fan which is operated by the main rotor shaft. The fan creates a blast of air to blow away the empty shells. The nuts are collected in a pan.
